Nurse Practitioner - Heart Failure Clinic in Dover, NH

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with previous Cardiology experience to support the Wentworth Health Partners (WHP) Cardiology Heart Failure Program in concert with the program Medical Director. Experience in a Heart Failure clinic is desired.
