Job Description:
We seek experienced physician assistants or nurse practitioners with urgent care or emergency room experience who treat adult and pediatric patients. We want you to join our welcoming and diverse community of providers in the New Haven and the Greater Hartford area.
- In this role, you will provide various clinical services, including treating acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains, and minor infections.
- It is essential to have excellent assessment skills to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary while going above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled patient experience.

Additionally, we have two Excellent Bonus Programs (for full-time/part-time providers):
- Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
- Quarterly Bonus of up to 5% on top of your clinical base salary, based upon patient satisfaction scores and quality measures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Physician Assistants: Master's degree and NCCPA Certification are required.
- Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required
- A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in an Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine setting is required.
- Experienced and licensed treating pediatric and adult patient populations (all ages) required.
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and required preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
- Licensed Connecticut as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN or FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required.
