NP/PA-ThedaCare at Work

ThedaCare, Wisconsin's largest non-profit healthcare system, is seeking an experienced NP/PA to join our ThedaCare at Work team.

• Full-time: 0.75 FTE
• Monday-Friday (flexibility-hours will vary)
• Location: Outagamie County in Appleton
• No call, weekends or holidays
• Support Staff: 1:1 with MA, will be getting PT & Health coach in the future 
• This position has a lot of autonomy 

ThedaCare At Work partners with employers across Northeast Wisconsin and offers the following services:

• Occupational Health Services (7 clinics)
• Employee Assistance Program
• Onsite, Near-Site, and Shared Employer Clinics (37 clinics)
• Wellness Program

Specific Offerings Related to Occupational Health:

• Injury and illness treatment
• Ergonomics and rehabilitation including physical therapy, pre-work screens, work conditioning, ergonomic assessments, functional job description and analysis, stretching programs, and more
• Physical exams including pre-placement, DOT, respirator, surveillance, free from communicable disease, fire fighter, school bus driver
• Audiograms (hearing) and spirometry (lung function) testing
• Medical Director/Advisor services
• Drug and alcohol testing
• Random pool
• Medical Review Officer
• Radiology services
• Immunizations
• Laboratory testing
