Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner: EzCare in Bay City

We are looking for a full-time APP to make a meaningful difference in the Bay City community in our EZCare Clinic!

• Full-Time
• Flexible scheduling
• Rotating weekend and holiday coverage
• Closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving
  Must be comfortable working independently
• Low acuity visits and patient assessments
  AHA approved BLS Certification
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
  Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Experience preferred, new graduates will be considered with Urgent Care or Emergency Room background

Employment is contingent on successful completion of MyMichigan Health’s credentialing process.
