Dignity Health- Yavapai Regional Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our established and growing employed practice in Prescott, AZ.

What we offer:
Provides health care to patients acting as a mid-level clinician following established standards and practices and comprehensive medical care to patients including evaluation monitoring diagnostics therapeutics counseling and referrals. Plays an integral role in the delivery of all practice services.
Joining group with another MD - Primary Care. Building also houses an Occupational Medicine provider.
Mostly geriatrics.
Monday thru Thursday 4/10hr. days or Monday thru Friday 5/8hr days.
All Clinic days. 36 hours per week patient contact. 4 hours Administration/urgent patients.
Call: Shared with other YRMG primary care providers - Weekdays 1-2 times a month; 1 weekend day every 2-3 months; 1- Holiday every 2-3 years.
Calls/messages are triaged before being sent to providers to address.
Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Nursing
Compact state or Arizona RN license
Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license
National Certificate as an nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal/written communication abilities
Must demonstrate effective task prioritization skills and independent problem solving abilities
PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
