Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Family AND Acute Care Nurse Practitioner - dual certification) to join a growing otolaryngology team who will advance ENT services, deliver quality care and outstanding outcomes as a regional leader in Central Pennsylvania. The Advanced Practice Provider will join a collaborate team of three ENT surgeons at Lancaster General Health providing full-spectrum of care for patients including: outpatient, inpatient, surgical first-assisting, consults, rounds, as well as the potential for clinical research. The candidate will demonstrate experience working in this field as well as the drive and leadership skills necessary to develop and grow APP support of surgical subspecialty team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a growing practice, delivering high quality, patient-focused care.
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday with weekend, holiday and call responsibilities
