Essential Anesthesia Management is owned and operated by practicing anesthesia clinicians with decades of experience in practice management. Our company has experienced rapid growth and we're looking for individuals to help expand our reach in the healthcare management industry.
EAM is looking for a team oriented CRNA to join our anesthesia group at Stone Oak Surgery Center located in San Antonio, TX. This surgery center services a variety of cases and is in a beautiful part of town surrounded by businesses and a bustling restaurant scene.
- Case mix is a high volume of Healthy Peds, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ENT, Gen, Podiatry, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Obstetrics and a small amount of Dental.
- No call, weekends, or nights
- Staffing Model is medical direction with 2 MDs and 7 CRNAs servicing 5 sites Monday & Friday, 7 sites Tuesday - Thursday.
Compensation is $270,000 1099 with reasonable vacation buy-back. EAM cover EAM covers Medical Malpractice. We also offer access, via a partnership, to cost-effective group health, dental, life and disability plans—all while maintaining the benefits and flexibility of being 1099.
