Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Primary Care Opportunity

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team located in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Practice Features:

• Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital
• Will be providing nursing home coverage in the greater Grand Haven area for 3 days with the primary care facility being their home office; 1 day/week in the primary care facility.
• APP will be completely independent and able to structure their day.
• Will see approximately 15-20 patients per day.
• Compensated weekend call rotated with the other midlevel’s.
• Opportunity to work with a great team of providers that offer an important service to the Grand Haven community.

Qualifications:

• Experience required.
• APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment.
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
• DEA license
• BLS certification and maintain recertification.
