We are looking for an orthopedic trauma advanced practice provider to join us at Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH), playing a critical role in advancing our mission of improving health, healing people. NAH is a physician-led organization offering tertiary care in a community hospital. The NAH vision is grounded in our intention to transform the health of the communities we serve in Flagstaff, Sedona, Cottonwood and all of northern Arizona.

This position:

  • Based in Flagstaff
  • Joining 4 physicians and 3 APPs
    • Candidate can be either a physician assistant, or a nurse practitioner with OR first assistance training
    • Participate in a split between day and unrestricted night shift coverage in a 1 in 4 model
  • Competitive base salary and quality bonus potential
