Details of the position include:

• Outpatient practice - Triage and symptom management
• Follow up on lab and other diagnostic testing
• Infusion center and radiation oncology on site

• Strong nurse navigator, tumor board and support processes established
• Work as integral member of the cancer care team
• Collaborative relationship with oncologist
• Clinic located on hospital campus
• Strong primary care referral base
