Job Summary:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an experienced cardiac advanced practice provider to join the heart failure team within our employed cardiology group in Nashville, Tennessee.Qualified Candidates:
- Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- Cardiology with ICU/CCU and/or heart failure experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Full time, 4-10s per M-F week, plus call rotation
- Primary role providing inpatient and outpatient cardiology support
