Practice Schedule:

• Schedule: M – F = 6:30 – 2:30p, for 8 hour shift, and 6:30-4:30p, 10 hour shift and 12 hour shifts
• CRNA’s – 3-5 CRNA’s on staff each day
• There are 8/10 and 12-hour shifts.
• CME/dues allowance = $2500 prorated the first year based on hire date
• All licenses and dues paid

Hospital info:

• 300 beds, community hospital;
• 6 OR’s + endo suite and cath lab
• No thoracic/open heart or major vascular cases/OB
• Bread and butter – ortho, gen sx (gall bladders, hernia), neuro, urology, 8-10 colonoscopies each day Wed/Fri

A4 is committed to working with Hospital Administration to provide leadership at all levels. At each facility, we have an anesthesiologist that is the appointed Medical Director of that site.  We are privileged to have three of our partners serve as Chief of Staff at three separate hospitals.
