Sky Lakes is seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our esteemed team, comprising 2 HemOnc physicians and 2 APP's. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, including a coveted 4-day work week with one admin day. Our ideal candidate is adept at autonomous practice within their scope, collaborating seamlessly with our MA's, nurse navigators, and infusion center scheduler. With a focus on patient care and teamwork, we require a minimum of 2 years of APP HemOnc experience or extensive RN background. While no procedures are mandated, experience with bone marrow biopsies and aspirations is advantageous. Providers typically see 8-10 patients daily, increasing to 10-15 at full capacity.
