UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is looking for an experience Nurse Practitioner to practice at our Cardiovascular Surgical Clinic located at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Center Hinsdale

Position Details:

• Nurse Practitioner experienced in Cardiovascular Surgery is REQUIRED
• New NP Grads cannot be considered for this position
• Outpatient hospital based Surgery Clinic
• Ability to work independently
• Monday - Friday clinic schedule
• No call requirement
• No Saturday clinic hours

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Master's degree of Nursing required

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:

• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
