NP/PA Emergency Medicine Opportunity in Windsor, NC (Part-time)

ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Bertie Hospital, located in Windsor, North Carolina are seeking a B/C Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient care in their Emergency Department part-time.

One year of ED provider experience required.

• Critical Access Hospital inclusive of an 8- bed Emergency Department
• 6 shifts/month with ability to take extra if available
• Monthly emergency department census of 950-1,000 patients
• CT Tech in-house 24/7
• Support from nearby hospital, ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, in Ahoskie, NC, a 114-bed community hospital with 24 hour hospitalist and radiology coverage
• Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients to ECU Health Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center located in Greenville, NC
• Telestroke support
