SIH is looking for a psychiatry-certified Advanced Practice Provider to join our well-established Behavioral Health team at Center for Medical Arts in Carbondale, IL. If you value community, working with experienced clinicians, and providing quality patient care, this could be the role for you.

Qualifications:

• Current NCCPA certificate as a Physician Assistant or AACC certificate as an Advanced Practice Nurse
 
• Current CAQ-Psych as a Physician Assistant or current PHMNP as an Advanced Practice Nurse
 
• Current Illinois Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse
 
• Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse practitioner controlled substance licensure
 
• Current DEA registration
