The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for planning and directing the delivery of primary health care and health education programs in association with Methodist Healthcare Primary Care Associates (MHPCA). The incumbent will provide care and health education for patients and their family. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
Le Bonheur’s Heart Institute is nationally recognized as a top pediatric cardiology and heart surgery program. We care for patients with congenital heart defects, cardiomyopathies, heart failure, arrhythmias and acquired heart disease from birth to adulthood.
Le Bonheur also has a thriving heart transplant program that performs around 10 heart transplants a year.
Le Bonheur recently expanded its Heart Institute and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). As a CVICU nurse practitioner, you will work with some of the country’s best critical care nurses and cardiologist in a critical care or step-down environment.
