Deaconess is seeking a full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Pulmonary Critical Care department. This is a salary hospital based position rotating through Deaconess Midtown, Gateway, and Henderson campuses. APP will be part of team based care for ICU and pulmonary floor patients. Shift length generally 12 hours. Weekend option position Friday-Sunday. Rotating holiday coverage. Minimal night coverage may be required from day shift team to ensure adequate night staffing. Candidates should be licensed in the states of Indiana and Kentucky and Indiana with certification by the ANCC/AANP as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant.

STONE FAMILY CENTER
Evansville is home to the new Stone Center, which contains Indiana University School of Medicine – Evansville as well as programs for the University of Evansville and USI. More than 250 USI graduate-level students in the Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy, Master’s of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs, and 120 undergraduate, senior nursing students will use the Stone Center.
