Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting.  ?

The Apple Valley clinic is searching for a Family Nurse Practitionern to join its team. Here you will be part of a 48 member team including the service line specialties of Urgent Care, CKRI, community pharmacy, ortho, podiatry, cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, ENT, audiology, Ob-Gyn/Midwifery, urology, nephrology, diabetic education, clinic pharmacist, Mental Health, high tech imaging yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.

• Great clinic to build a new practice due to high patient demand, growing area and many primary care patient growth opportunities from Urgent care and Specialty provider referrals
• Successful mentoring program for new providers who join our practice
• Professional and fun culture - we believe laughter is great medicine
• Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support
• Clinic hours are Monday: 7:30am-6pm, Friday: 7:30am-5pm, and closed Saturday-Sunday
• EMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $129,400 to $144,900 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
