APP Cardiology Team Coordinator - AHF, EP, SH

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an APP Team Coordinator to manage the daily operations and administrative responsibilities for our Cardiology subspecialties: Electrophysiology, Advanced Heart Failure, and Structural Heart.

The team coordinator will work with division and specialty leadership to develop, implement, and maintain clinical and programmatic mission of APPs. Health care services include conducting health assessments, prescribing/providing treatments/interventions, promoting health, and providing disease prevention and management. Maintains clinical practice to provide health care services to individuals, families and/or groups who receive their care under the auspices of the division. Health care services are provided under the direction and supervision of assigned physician (collaborative agreement). The APC is expected to participate in quality assurance and improvement activities, engage in member of the team activities, and use resources (human and material) appropriately.
