PA/NP needed for private practice in Stamford, CT

MDVIP is assisting Dr. Radhika Jasthi with her search for a part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, to assist with providing personalized continuity of care to her loyal panel of patients.

As a solo practitioner, who has been serving the Stamford community since 2003, Dr. Rahdhika is compassionate and extremely attentive to her multi-generational patients and would like to find a qualified PA/NP with similar attributes to join this tight-knit practice. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a doctor
- Performing physical examinations and take detailed medical histories
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging studies
- Prescribing medications and develop treatment plans for patients
- Managing data using electronic medical record systems

Qualifications:

- Completion of an accredited physician assistant/nurse practitioner program
- Current state licensure as a physician assistant/nurse practitioner
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems for data management
