Priority Care Advanced Practice Provider

CHI Health  is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a community centered, highly regarded, and rapidly growing Priority Care Team.  This opportunity suited for an experienced APP or for a provider who has recently graduated from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program and thrives on working in an independent environment.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 (one) year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited program
  • Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
  • NE License and DEA required
  • BLS
