ThedaCare, a community-owned, non-profit health system, located in Northeastern Wisconsin, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to provide full-time coverage at the Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Center at ThedaCare Health Campus.
Position Highlights:
- 1.0 FTE
- 36 contact hours typical - schedule is 4 days/week
- Outreach to Waupaca no more than 2 times per week
- 50 % clinic, 50% surgery
- 8 physicians, 15 APCs in group
- Total of 40+ physicians and APC in Ortho Surg, Sports Medicine, Pain management and PM and R
- Call 1:12 (night, weekend and holidays) for surgical assistance on call cases, patient calls and rounding
- See 20-25 patients/per day
- Require Orthopedics background in the clinic setting, preferably a min of 2-3 years

Our care model ensures patients receive the right care on their schedule from the right providers. This easy-access model means doctors, surgeons and therapists have more opportunity to discuss each patient’s individual treatment and recovery together.
Neuroscience Group:
The only independent local medical practice that combines neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery, interventional pain management and physical therapy. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality neurologic care to our neighbors in Northeast Wisconsin. The Neenah clinic is equipped with imaging, MRI, neurodiagnostic and procedure labs, making Neuroscience Group a convenient choice for patients wishing to complete their testing in one location.
