Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.
Make a Difference:
Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity available with our team of Clinical Nurse Specialists in Specialty Maternity/OB Services at Community East and South. The Clinical Nurse Specialist Intern is learning to provide expert, integrated supportive consultation services for the promotion of safe, cost-effective, quality patient care across the health care continuum to providers, consumers, and payers in the health care system through direct practice, education, research, and clinical leadership across the continuum.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications:
Headquartered in Indianapolis, Community Health Network has been deeply committed to the communities it serves since opening its first hospital, Community Hospital East, in 1956. Now with more than 16,000 caregivers and 200 sites of care, Community Health Network puts patients first while offering a full continuum of healthcare services, world-class innovations and a new focus on population health management. We are guided by a simple mission: "Deeply committed to the communities we serve, we enhance health and well-being." Our organization’s values are represented by the acronym PRIIDE: Patients First, Relationships, Integrity, Inclusion, Diversity, and Excellence. These values drive the work we do every day and the attitude we bring to every task.
We want to ensure that each caregiver feels welcomed, comfortable, and included in our environment at all times. We value different perspectives. Community Health Network actively seeks a diverse workforce and is inclusive and equitable to all caregivers.
