SSM Health Dean Medical Group– Waunakee is actively recruiting a full time Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join our team of 5 physicians.

The Opportunity:

• Primary Care NP or PA experience, and RN experience preferred
• Outpatient only
• Full time w/ option of .8 to 1.0 fte
• No on-call required
