Responsibilities

Ascension Saint Thomas is looking for a Primary Care APP for our Chancery Street, McMinnville location.

Position Highlights:

• Joining a busy Family Medicine physician clinic.
• Seeing and treating primary care patients: Own panel of patients
• Document and review patient care needs and communicate with nursing staff
• 3+ years Primary Care/Family Medicine experience required
• Expected patient volume approximately 18-22 patients per day

• We are located approximately 45 minutes East of Murfreesboro on the edge of the Cumberland Plateau. Half way between Nashville and Chattanooga.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:
• Master's degree of Nursing required.
