Palliative Care NP - Inpatient (LIMA)

• Experience as advanced provider in an acute care setting or with palliative care and hospice
• Primary location at Lima Memorial Hospital
• Passion for palliative care, hospice and geriatrics
• Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of sick patients
• Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning
• Per contract at local Acute Care Hospital OR Contracted work at Lima Memorial Hospital ?
• 75% inpatient, 25% outpatient M-F, inpatient rounding for Hospice
• 6 patients/day, 5-day workweek, 8am-5pm, rotating on-call
• Hospitalists admit, Open ICU

Compensation

• Base salary plus quality bonus potential, 200 hours of vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
