Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, has an opportunity for a nurse practitioner to join the Pulmonology team!   Outpatient only!  2+ years experience as an NP required.

Details of Position:

• Outpatient only!
• Monday - Friday, no call required
• Obtain patient history and perform exams
• Assess and revise plans of care; New, follow up and post-op patients
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
• Educate patients and families
• Collaborative team of Pulmonologists and APPs
