Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is now hiring Physician Assistants with at least one year of post-grad clinical experience in the Emergency Department Tucson Medical Center (TMC). We are hiring full-time in the Adult ED and hiring seasonal PRN in the Pediatric ED.
Emergency Department Information:
Separate Adult & Pediatric Emergency Departments & Clinical Decision Unit
- Volume: 72,500
- Admission Rate: 32%
- Patients/Hour: 1.7
- Physician Coverage: 69 hrs daily
- APP Coverage: 50 hrs daily
- EMR: EPIC
Hospital:
- Beds: 615
- PED Beds: 16
- ED Beds: 60
- CDU Beds: 18
- Certified Primary Stroke Center
- Accredited Chest Pain Center
- Gold Plus Achievement Award
Shifts:
Fast track: 7a-3p, 9a-9p, 3p-11p
ED Extension: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 4p-12a
Required Qualifications:
- One year post-graduate professional clinical experience in hospital Emergency Department
- Board-certified Physician Assistant
- AZ PA license
- DEA certificate
- BLS, ACLS & PALS
- NRP if working in Pedi ED
