Family Medicine APP (NP or PA) in Sartell, MN

We are hiring a full time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the CentraCare- Sartell Clinic. 

Schedule

• Monday- Friday
• Full-time, 0.8 - 1.0 FTE
• No nights, holidays, weekends or call

At CentraCare – Sartell  our providers diagnose and treat short-term illness.  They provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  For patients with chronic illness, our providers also manage and often coordinate care provided by other subspecialists.

***Increased base salary; Production Incentives (wRVU), as well as Value Based Incentives (VBIs) now part of the robust compensation model.***
