CRNA Opportunity Details

The Department of Anesthesiology at UMass Memorial Healthcare is seeking a CRNA to join our collaborative group of colleagues. Located west of Boston in Worcester, Massachusetts, our expanding team of nurse anesthetists practice at the top of their licenses as an integrated member of the team.

Our CRNA’s are integrated members of the Anesthesia Care team, with exposure to a broad case load in multiple surgical specialties to include transplant, ENT, trauma neurosurgery, obstetrics, hearts and orthopedics. We welcome sub-specialty interests. Our newly updated pay structure boasts competitive salaries and $30,000.00 sign-on bonuses.

We work with you to build a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

  • Base Salary starting at $230K, with annual percentage increase
  • Sign On Bonus of $30k to be paid after 30 days of signing or 30 days after starting
  • Six weeks of paid time off front loaded, with an additional 5 days of CME, 10 paid holidays
  • Relocation assistance of $5k
  • Employer-funded retirement contributions of 2%, pension plan fully funded after one year of service, with additional retirement vehicles
  • Comprehensive tuition reimbursement benefit, eligible full-time caregivers can receive up to $5,250 annually
  • Paid family and medical leave; short-term and long-term disability programs
  • Practice allowance of $2,500 per fiscal year
  • Hospital liability insurance
  • Shift times: 10,12,16,24 hr shifts
