HarmonyCares is the nation's largest in-home value based primary care provider. We have an NP opening in Richmond with our growing Medical Group. The NP will start out the day around 8AM and wrap up around 5PM. Our patient population geriatric with chronic conditions, and we provide primary care with the Medical Assistant.

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
- Federal DEA License/eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
