The Perks
Gastroenterology and Hepatology Specialists, Inc. (GHS) was established in 1998 and has grown tremendously in success. GHS handles all routine GI problems as well as pancreas and liver disorders. We also offer office capsule endoscopy services as well as outpatient Endoscopic Ultrasound. Our practice currently consists of three physicians and two APPs that work very closely with the physicians in both the hospital and office settings in providing quality medical care to our patients.
Stark Ambulatory Surgery Center, L.L.C. (SASC), the physician fully owned ASC, opened its doors in the lower level of our facility in September 2004. This state of the art surgery center has upheld the highest AAAHC accreditation since its inception. Our physicians perform routine endoscopy and colonoscopy at SASC. The ASC is staffed with experienced GI endoscopy nurses and personnel.
We are One GI®, The Home for Independent Gastroenterology.
One GI® is a true collaboration of the very best clinical and business minds built on a shared vision of respect and value creation. When we partner with gastroenterology practices, the focus becomes taking on administrative tasks and to give back the physicians’ their most valuable resource – time. Allowing physicians to step away from the administrative role and fully turn attention to patient care, clinical research, medical technique and therapeutic treatments improves digestive health care for future generations.
We think differently. We are positive and inclusive. What matters is our culture; that staff and physicians have a voice, and our people feel valued. Even though our practices our miles apart, we elevate each other.
