Premier’s care team model is designed for Anesthesiologists and CRNAs to work together as clinical partners whereby CRNAs work with a high degree of autonomy. We are seeking individuals with experience in all aspects of anesthesia, 

CRNAs must have professional interpersonal skills, a high degree of emotional intelligence, and expect to be part of an efficient, flexible, and service-oriented team. Overview
Premier Anesthesia, a leading national Anesthesia practice management and consulting company with practices in 12 states. Our model encourages each anesthesia practice to customize the clinical care and customer service to meet the needs of their community along with collaboration and accountability from a national perspective. Surgical Suites of Coastal Virgnia in Williamsburg VA is located in the historical triangle near Jamestown and Yorktown.   About 30 minutes north of Newport News. 
 
This position allows you to choose a schedule that offers a great work/life balance. Regardless of your chosen path, the practice is clinically challenging but offers a supportive, teaching environment, that encourages and rewards independence.
 
Opportunity Details:
The team consists of 1 MD’s and 2 CRNA’s
CRNA will work 4 -10 hr days
Perioperative services consist of 3 OR's
Case Mix: ENT, General, Ortho, Plastics, Podiatry and Urology

Williamsburg is a town steeped in History from Historic Williamsburg to the community's many amusement parks,  wineries, and a plethora of outdoor activities.   It is part of the historic triangle of Jamestown, Yorktown, and Williamsburg.   The area also offers a large variety of culinary delights and premium shopping.
