Synergy Health Partners is recruiting quality CRNAs to help build a solid foundation of patient care and customer service at ASPIRUS IRONWOOD HOSPITAL in IRONWOOD, MICHIGAN.

Job Description

• Staffing model: 4-CRNA; schedule: 3 weeks on- 1 week off
• Full time 1099 permanent position
• Strong Independent CRNA ONLY; Minimum 5-Years experience preferred.
• High Risk OB/GYN; Need to be capable of running High risk independently with no back up
• High Obese population
• Cases included mix: Ortho, B&B, General, GI/Endo, Ophthalmology
• Required procedures: Epidurals and Blocks
• Schedule: staffing 3 ORs daily; Monday-Thursday 10hrs; Friday-Sunday 24hr beeper call
• Shifts: 10hours
• Beeper Call only starting 5pm (14hr)
• 13 weeks vacation annually

• # of ORs: 3
• EMR: Epic; Must be computer literate and keep up with inputting notes and orders.

License:

• Active MI medical license is preferred
