Your day.

As a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Heart Failure. You'll be apart of our Cardiology Group and work with a team of 13 providers (7 physicians and 6 APPs) to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our Hospitalist group in addition to other specialties including a robust CT and Vascular surgery team. 

• You would practice at Downtown Cardiology Clinic in Billings,.

• You'd be joining an established group but also joining a bigger regional cardiology team so there's tons of support.

• You'll provide general cardiology care but also have a clinical focus on Heart Failure.

• Potential for outreach.

• You'll be joining a collaborative group that is passionate about patient care and quality outcomes.

Your experience.

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board.

• Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.    

• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.

• ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).

• Experience in CHF (congestive heart failure) and AHF (acute heart failure) management preferred.

It’s also a big plus if you have:

• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team. 

• Strong at cross communication.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.

• Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
