Founded by our Central WA Family Medicine Residency program (CWFM) in 1993, CHCW has grown into an integrated community health center to include full spectrum primary care, pediatric, senior residential care, behavioral and addiction care, and dental serving the Yakima and Kittitas Counties at multiple sites.

Practice Highlights at Yakima Pediatrics
- PNP needed to provide primary health care and selective medical services/procedures to a pediatric/adolescent panel at our large, single specialty, outpatient clinic.
- 4/10s with no call, weekends, or after hours. Includes dedicated admin time.
- Expected visits per day of 18-20+to meet community need.
- Must have strong clinical training/experience as a PNP, FNP with extensive experience with pediatric/adolescent panel.
- Integrated services including Primary Care Behavioral Health, and a Teen Health Clinic.
- Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
- EMR: OCHIN EPIC.

- Base Salary: $120k-$125k p/y DOE with uncapped encounter-based productivity incentives. *Potential bonus based on 20 visits p/d >$27k. Bonus increases with increase of visits.
Qualifications
- ARNP, MSN required with Pediatric NP certification preferred.
- Strongly prefer a minimum of 3+ years of experience working with a pediatric/adolescent patient population.
- Current, unrestricted RN license.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate.
- Great peer references and in good standing.
- Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
