Advanced Heart Disease Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Providence Spokane Heart Institute at Sacred Heart Medical Center is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its Advanced Heart Disease and Transplant team in Spokane Washington, caring for patients with complex conditions. • Unique mix of outpatient clinical work and hospital rounding; focus on adult patients
• Busy Cardiogenic Shock, Transplant, and LVAD programs
• Growing Amyloid, Sarcoid and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy programs
• Cohesive and supportive team
• 2 to 3 years of post-graduate experience preferred
• Clinical rotation or work experience in Cardiology, Cardiac, or CICU is preferred
• Strong academic- and research-oriented practice
• No state income tax in Washington state (federal income tax still applies)
• As a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Signing bonuses and relocation benefits available.
• Compensation is between $127,217 and $170,204 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

The Providence Heart Institute is an integrated cardiovascular service line with more than 80 specialists serving hospital and clinic locations throughout Oregon and southwest Washington. In addition, the program is a hub for vast data registries in cardiovascular care, including the Center for Cardiovascular Analytics, Research and Data Science (CARDS). This state-of-the-art institute is a leader in new therapies, and consistently receives national recognition, including the American Heart Association’s “Get With The Guidelines” designation for coronary artery disease care.
