This large system is supported by over 1400 Advance Practice Clinicians which consist of APRNs (NPs, CRNAs, CNM, and CRNAs) and Physician Assistants.
Job Summary: The Physician Assistant provides direct patient care in a fast-paced Express Care location. The clinic has a team atmosphere with a diversity of roles to include express care, occupational medicine, and primary care across the life span from newborn to geriatric patients. The APC will function in concert with the medical director in a multi-disciplinary collaborative team environment and be able to function independently. Schedule requires only 7 out of 14 days with extended hours and weekends. Volume expectations vary with 25 or more patients per workday.
Education and Certifications required:
Experience: 1 year minimum experience in Family Practice or Express environment required;
Salary and Benefits: Salary range is negotiable based upon experience.
