Geriatrics APC Opportunity

Mercy Health Lorain, located 30 miles west of Cleveland, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our geriatrics team.  The provider will visit and provide care at facilities composed of skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living with the support of a compassionate team that includes social workers, discharge planners, lab and radiology services.  This position offers the provider the ability to work with the practice administrator to create a flexible rounding schedule.
