The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the assessment, evaluation, clinical management & treatment of patients within the Heart & Vascular Service Line; primarily for the diagnostic, emergency and elective Cath lab & Electrophysiology patients. This Nurse Practitioner will work in collaboration with the attending physicians and the staff to facilitate patient care from admission through discharge.
Schedule: Full time - 4, 10-hour shifts per work week of Monday through Friday; shifts rotate between 7a-5p & 8a-6p
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of CT
A Master’s degree is required for entry level practice.
An APRN license in the state of CT prior to start date is required.
Previous experience with Cardiology patient population highly preferred.
