Do you have what is takes?

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Acute Care Certification for Nurse Practitioners required
• Board Certification via NCCPA for Physician Assistants
• Board Certification via AANP or AANC required for Nurse Practitioners
• Prior Cardiology experience required
• Electrophysiology experience preferred

Electrophysiology Practice Overview:

With our electrophysiology program, every patient’s journey is unique and highly customized for their unique needs. We use state-of-the-art diagnostics and technology to assess heart health and put patients back onto the path to wellness.

Georgia Heart Institute offers a wide range of specialized services and treatments, including Arrhythmia Management, Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy, Pacemaker Implantation, Cryoablation, ICD, and WATCHMAN

• The Electrophysiology Advanced Practitioner will be an instrumental part of supporting our comprehensive EP program. some of the most common conditions to those that are more complicated or severe.
• Clinic and Inpatient setting
• Development and implementation of teaching plan with the patient and family
• Collaborate with the patients, patient representatives, and interdisciplinary team to facilitate optimal outcomes as the patients transition through the healthcare continuum.
• Provides patient navigation, ensuring care protocols and quality metrics are adhered to and that patients receive appropriate referrals and follow-up care.
• Works with physicians to establish and maintain optimal workflows, alignment, and standard work to serve the cardiac needs of patients.
• Participates in creation of an innovative model of care delivery while fostering and maintaining relationships with physicians, clinicians, and administrative leaders.
