We have a need for a PMHNP to join our team in an outpatient, integrated care, multispecialty clinic. This is a great opportunity to continue to build on the momentum of the Behavioral Health Program in the Yakima Valley and manage it to your style.  We are in an area of need for psychiatric/mental health providers and your experience and expertise can be a great asset to the community! 

Total Rewards:

• Guaranteed base salary based off MGMA standards with ranges from $120k-145k p/y DOE.
• RVU quarterly productivity bonuses for increased earnings potential during ramp-up.

Practice Highlights and Experience/Training Preferences:

• Outpatient only, full time, onsite position. 
• Multispecialty clinic includes an integrated care model.
• Experienced in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of behavioral and mental health illnesses such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, chronic pain, SUD.
• Understanding of community mental health, substance use services, psychiatric rehab concepts, and the recovery process.
• Management of psychotropic medications.
• Working with, and sensitive to, multicultural population in rural setting is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
• EMR: Cerner.

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

• ARNP, MSN with PMHNP certification.
• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Open to experienced or new grads. New grads must have current, extensive mental health/psychiatric nursing experience.
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
• DEA certificate and NPI.
• Great peer references and in good standing.
• Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
