NPH is growing and we are looking for CRNA's to join our team in Western Oklahoma.

• Full-time - 1099 Opportunity
• $260,000 - $300,000 per year
• Sign-on Bonus
• 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off
• Can Make Extra $$ Working PRN on Off Week
• Low Volume - Most Days Done Before Noon
• Covering 2-3 OR's/Day with a 3 CRNA Only Team
• Ortho, Cysto, some OB, and Pain Cases
• No Ortho call
