Opportunity and Practice Overview

• 7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday
  • option for additional weekday
• Gainesville Campus
• 100% Inpatient-based
• Coverage for both Cardiac Critical Care Unit and General Cardiology
• EMR Platform- EPIC
• Team of more than 90 cardiologists and advanced practice providers
• Dominant cardiovascular market share leader in our 19+ county service area
• Group performs more than 5,000 cardiac procedures and 30,000 consults each year
• First hospital in Georgia to receive Emergency Cardiac Care Center (ECCC) designation

Do you have what is takes?

• Cardiology experience preferred
• Ability to obtain NP/PA license in the state of Georgia
• Board Certification via NCCPA for Physician Assistants
• Board Certification via ACNP (Acute Care) or AGACNP required for Nurse Practitioners
• Proficiency in applying advanced concepts, principles and advanced clinical techniques in an inpatient environment
• The  ideal  candidate will possess a mature, warm and patient personality with a passion for Cardiology.
• Collaboratively function as an Advanced Practitioner with board certified Cardiologists and other clinical staff by providing leadership and incorporating the role of clinical expert, role model, consultant, educator and practitioner.
