The Division of Rehabilitation Psychology in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking to hire a Pain Psychologist to work as part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of internal medicine physicians, physical and occupational therapists, a nurse practitioner, social worker and case manager. Seeking a rehabilitation or health psychologist with a background in chronic pain management and excellent skills in assessment and treatment interventions. Particularly seeking candidates who have leadership experience as this role will include opportunities for program development and administration. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with professional experience and qualifications.  

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed an APA accredited doctoral program in clinical or counseling psychology and an APA accredited internship 
  • Board certified or eligible in Rehabilitation Psychology or Health Psychology 
  • Keen interest in working in an academic medical setting
