Unique Practice Opportunity For Experienced App!

Banner Ambulatory Provider Group partnering with Employer Solutions is seeking a full-time experienced FNP/PA to join our team in the downtown Phoenix area. This is a great opportunity for a provider who will  dedicate care to a specific employee population, and who is prepared to build strong patient relations and improve quality outcomes in a significant way.

Opportunity Details: 

• Primary Care services will be the base set of services provided, which also include identifying health risks and managing chronic conditions
• Key component of this role will be partnering with a team of providers such as wellness coaches, registered dieticians, and specialists to provide well-rounded care
• Provider will be dedicated to a specific population and their dependents, developing very strong relationships with the patient population
• Located in downtown Phoenix area
• Clinic hours Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two-years advanced practice provider experience in primary care services, women's health, and wellness
• Current unrestricted FNP Arizona license (or ability to obtain)
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances (or ability to obtain)
• NPs MUST have National NP Certification (AANP or ANCC), BLS, and ACLS
