We have a need for an additional experienced PMHNP to join our team. This is a great opportunity to continue to build on the momentum of our Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit at Astria Toppenish Hospital and manage it to your style. We are in an area of need for psychiatric/mental health providers and your experience and expertise can be a great asset to the community!
Total Rewards:
- Generous base salary based off MGMA standards with ranges from $130k-$150k p/y DOE with an additional $2100 p/m call incentive ($25,200 p/y).

Practice Highlights and Experience/Training Preferences:
- Considered full time with the schedule being 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. During the 2 weeks on, will be onsite at the facility; M-F 8am-5pm. On call after hours during those 2 weeks, but call is telephonic, low volume, and doesn’t require being onsite.
- Medical withdrawal management.
- Currently, 15 beds for inpatient psych and detox units with future plans for expansion.
- Experienced in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of behavioral and mental health illnesses such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, chronic pain, SUD.
- Understanding of community mental health, substance use services, psychiatric rehab concepts, and the recovery process.
- Working with, and sensitive to, multicultural population in rural setting is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.
- EMR: Cerner.
- Inpatient only.
To Be Considered, You Will Need:
- ARNP, MSN, with PMHNP certification.
- Current, unrestricted RN license.
- A minimum of 12 months PMHNP experience required. Prefer those who’ve worked in an inpatient treatment facility either residential or hospital based, however will consider those with outpatient only experience as well.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate and NPI.
- Suboxone certified or able to obtain certification.
