ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its established and innovative outpatient center dedicated to Seniors in St. Louis, MO!

• Senior patient panel only (65+)
• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday
• Small panel sizes that allow our providers to focus and build relationships with their patients

Qualifications:

• Provider must have an active, non-probationary Missouri professional nursing license OR have the ability to obtain a full Missouri professional nursing medical license
• Experience working in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine preferred
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Family Nurse Practitioners, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioners, and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners all welcome to apply
