As the Department of Anesthesia at Kaweah Delta Medical Center (KDMC) continues to grow, we are currently recruiting four CRNAs to join its cohesive, exceptional, and innovative team. The candidate will join a partnership of over 20 CRNAs working independently alongside a group of 10 anesthesiologists.
The ideal candidate will be a CRNA who is looking to work independently and utilize their full scope of practice. In this role, the CRNA will provide anesthesia in a variety of cases, except for cardiac anesthesia. OB Call is not required, but all CRNAs help in OB if needed. Similarly, regional skills are not required, but CRNAs with regional skills will have the opportunity to use them. They should value a collegial work environment as the CRNAs here learn and grow together. Additionally, the facility hosts a variety of learners, including two CRNA programs and the department is home to a physician residency program.
